In 2016, I was giving an ex a ride home and that’s the last I remember. From piecing together some things I knew, friends remembered , and the police, they said he threw chemicals on me, redressed me to cover the burns and left me to die. I have such a traumatic injury that I haven’t been able to fit a prosthetic yet.

Im a single mother of a 5 year old boy and I use and grow marijuana for the medical benefits for phantom limb pains. It’s been a lifesaver and I will always speak out positively on the matter!
